We've updated our early 9 LIVES OF MARA reviews.

The latest are especially nice coming from two experts on H.P. Lovecraft--Andrew Migliore, founder of the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival, and S.T. Joshi, who has written and edited numerous books on Lovecraft and other weighty subjects.

You can quench your eldritch thirst and learn more about both by visiting their respective sites:

www.hplfilmfestival.com & www.stjoshi.net.

In preparation for the 9 LIVES OF MARA DVD premiere, we are busy with post-production on the extras.

These include:

* A documentary on the real-life history of the MALLEUS MALEFICARUM, the dread book that condemned many a "witch" to an agonizing death
* A full-length, screen specific commentary with the director and writer
* Cast and crew interviews
* A few other dread surprises awaiting thee…!

Having sat through an inordinate amount of extras, we chose to remain true to the film and eschew the usual fluff (e.g., "He/she was really great to work with," "That was a difficult shot," etc. etc.).

We cut straight to the bone; these are supplements you cinephiles will actually want to watch.

We also supplied the DVD transfer from MARA's 35mm print with its accompanying Dolby Digital 5.1 mix. Accept no substitutes.
